§ Miss Joan LestorI regret that it is not possible to furnish an exhaustive list of persons whose standing is similar to that of the examples given in section 7 of application form "B". The criterion is that a counter-signatory should be someone who is unlikely to jeopardise his professional career or reputation by irresponsibly sponsoring a passport application.
