§ Mr. Hoosonasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many of the forms normally used by education authorities in Wales are published bilingually by his Department to save additional cost in those areas where Welsh is not widely spoken but where Welsh forms should clearly be available.
§ Mr. John MorrisMy Department, whenever appropriate, issues bilingual forms to local education authorities. Three were issued in 1974. A number of statistical returns are issued jointly with the Department of Education and Science and are not presented bilingually.
