§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many tests and reports have been conducted and compiled, respectively, by the Motor Industry Research Association relating to the effect of side winds and interior noise levels, respectively, on the Model 70 invalid tricycle; and on what dates the tests were carried out.
§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThere have been five tests relating to the interior noise level of the Model 70, in March 1972, May 1972, June 1972, January 1973 and June 1974. A report was compiled following each of these tests. There has been one test relating to the effect of side winds and this took place in November 1973, following which a report was compiled by MIRA.
