§ Mr. Beithasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will now place in the Library a copy of the Edwards Report on lobster fishing; if he will make arrangements to ensure that the Edwards Report is available to members of the public; and whether he will make a statement about Government policy on the Edwards Report.
§ Mr. BishopI have now studied the report prepared by my Department on the lobster fishery in England and Wales. In order that interested organisations may consider its recommendations and later meet with my officials to discuss them I am arranging for copies to be sent to the industry and to those who have asked to see it. A copy is being placed in the Library of the House.
