§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will take up in the Council of Ministers of the EEC the question of a code of conduct for Commissioners to govern amongst other things the speaking tours of Commissioners with a view to equating conduct to the rules governing United Kingdom civil servants.
