§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contribution the United Kingdom is making towards the creation of a United Nations University in Tokyo; and whether British experience with the Open University is being made use of in connection with this project.
§ Mr. EnnalsHer Majesty's Government have no plans at the moment to make a financial contribution to the United Nations University but we are following developments closely and sympathetically.
