§ Mr. EadieThe total charges for energy actually supplied under a standby arrangement reflect not only the normal 655W cost of providing electricity but also the cost of maintaining the additional plant needed to meet standby requirements. My right hon. Friend will, however, be discussing this matter with the industry.
