§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Attorney-General whether he will instruct the Director of Public Prosecutions to institute proceedings under the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971 against the companies involved for threatening to bring legal proceedings in respect of unsolicited goods, evidence for which purpose has been supplied to him by the hon. Member for Orpington.
