§ Mr. Stanleyasked the Secretary of State for Industry how he will be fulfilling the undertaking given to the House on 23rd January by the Under-Secretary of State for Industry to provide access to a complete answer on all the Questions that have been raised in the House about accountability of co-operatives.
§ Mr. HefferMy hon. Friend explained that the answers to some of the points raised by the hon. Member could only be given when the constitutions of the co-operatives520W to which the hon. Member had referred were settled. I shall be glad to answer further questions when further details of the constitutions are available.
