§ Mr. DellI would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave on 30th January 1975 to the hon. Member for Cardiff, North (Mr. Grist)—[Vol. 885, c.248–50.]—which lists all the loans granted by the European Investment Bank in the United Kingdom in 1974.
