§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales when the various provisions 790W of the Community Land Act will become operative in Wales.
§ Mr. John MorrisThe first appointed day under Section 7 of the Community Land Act is expected to be 6th April 1976. Other provisions of the Act will be introduced by stages as the Land Authority for Wales is able to undertake the duties involved.
