§ Mr. ShoreCopies of the consultation document, which was published on 20th November, have been sent to all county and district councils in the South-East, London borough councils, economic planning councils, major amenity groups and other organisations including representatives of both sides of industry, inviting them to participate in the consultations. There have not yet been any substantive discussions on the document.
