§ Mr. Gowasked the Secretary of State for Industry what is the estimated cost during the current financial year and during the year ending 5th April 1977 258W of the salaries of the Chairman and staff of the National Enterprise Board.
§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieThe estimated cost of the salaries of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and seven part-time members of the National Enterprise Board in the current financial year is £23,274; in a full year, at the present rates, it would be £64,850. On the cost of the salaries of the board's staff the hon. Member will be aware of the exchange in the House on 27th November. Until this matter has been resolved I think this question is one for the board.
