§ Mr. Tierneyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what financial assistance her Department is giving to health authorities to discharge their duties as embodied in the Health and Safety at Work Act.
§ Dr. OwenSuch expenditure will be met from the block allocation of funds made to health authorities to cover all their services and I do not propose to earmark money specifically for this purpose.
