asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if her Department has now carried out its detailed review of the problems involved in establishing a system of earnings related pensions for the self-employed; and when she hopes to be able to report to Parliament on this issue.

40. Mr. Paul Dean

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what conclusions she has reached on increasing the number of benefits for which the self-employed are eligible.
