§ Mr. PrenticeAs I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Newham, South (Mr. Spearing) on 7th August, Her Majesty's Government have offered a contribution of $10 million towards the subsidy fund for the intermediate financing facility of the World Bank, known as the Third Window. It is expected that pledges to the subsidy fund will soon reach the figure of $100 million which will bring the facility into operation.
