§ Mr. BennI assume that the right hon. Member refers to the proposal to undertake further contracts for the reprocessing of nuclear waste for overseas customers. As regards this, the Government have not yet decided whether they will allow further contracts, but, if they do, the terms proposed would mean that the nuclear waste resulting from the reprocessing would not have to be retained in this country.
