Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the Official Report details of the rates of payment 314W made to disabled persons in sheltered workshops and adult training centres in Wales and if he has made any recommendations to local authorities to improve the level of payment.
§ Mr. Alec JonesThe situation in Wales with regard to rates of pay in sheltered workshops and adult training centres does not differ from that in England, and I have nothing to add to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services.
