§ Mr. Pattieasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if he can give an assurance that no decision will be taken to order Milan without first ensuring adequate reciprocal industrial purchases by France from the United Kingdom;
(2) if he can give an assurance that no decision will be taken to order Milan before the House reassembles after the Summer Recess.
