§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Health and Safety Commission that there has been consultation with industry, local authorities and the police on the question of the parking of vehicles carrying dangerous substances, with a view to proposing new regulations. The existing controls over vehicles carrying explosives, petrol and certain other inflammable liquids include restrictions on parking.
