asked the Prime Minister whether he will make a statement on his recent discussions with the Foreign Secretary of Israel.

My right hon. Friend and my right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary saw Mr. Allon on 14th April. He gave them an account of the last round of negotiations involving Israel and Egypt. The details of the discussion must remain confidential.
