§ 5. Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she is satisfied with the extent of home treatment available to those suffering from haemophilia.
§ 38. Mr. Laneasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she will make a further statement on her plans for giving more effective help to haemophiliacs
§ Dr. OwenNo. It is a question of trying to make the best use of limited resources. The ideal would be to have AHG concentrate readily available in the home of all haemophiliacs for whom treatment at home can be recommended. We hope to be closer to this situation when we are producing more of our own AHG concentrate in the national blood transfusion service.
