MorrisThe only civil servants, whether temporary or permanent, who are ptrmitted to be prospective parliamentary candidates without first resigning are those in the politically free group. This group consists mainly of industrial grades, and non-industrial grades below clerical assistant level. They will be free to campaign during the referendum.
