§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many appeals have been lodged by ratepayers in the United Kingdom in accordance with the Quarter Session Act 1849 during the year ended 31st December 1974 on the basis that they are aggrieved by the rate or by any neglect, act, or thing done or omitted by any rating authority in the United Kingdom.
