§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Minister of Overseas Development why the United Kingdom decided to abstain on the vote on UNIDO's Plan of Action on Industrial Development and Co-operation which was carried by 82 votes to 1 on 27th March 1975.
§ Mrs. HartWe abstained in the vote on the Declaration and Plan of Action on Industrial Development and Co-operation because it was not possible to reach agreement in discussion and negotiation on the wording of a number of paragraphs dealing with matters of importance to British interests.
