§ Mr. JohnOf the 733 British Service men currently serving abroad on loan, in exchange posts or as members of British Service training teams with the armed forces of non-NATO countries, 32 were serving in Scotland prior to taking up their appointments; seven of the 32 were serving in Moray and Nairn.
