§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieNo discussions have taken place on the possibility of making postage stamps issued in EEC countries valid for the prepayment of postage in other EEC countries. This would presuppose the harmonisation of postal services and tariffs which is one of the long term aims of the Community but presents serious difficulties in practice.
