§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how much 40W has been paid out of public funds in the form of social security benefits and PAYE refunds to the Glasgow dustmen and their families during the recent strike.
§ Mr. O'MalleyUp to the week ending 1st April, about £7,300 had been paid to the families of drivers involved in the Glasgow Corporation cleansing dispute. Nothing has been paid for the men themselves.
