§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieWe are working hard to attract new industry to Scotland and are particularly keen to encourage projects offering skilled jobs and high wage rates. When the Scottish Development Agency, the National Enterprise Board and the planning agreements system come into operation we shall be able to do even more. Recent decisions on the dispersal of Government work from London will also increase the range of jobs available in Scotland.
