§ Mrs. Winifred Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what restrictions exist in the United Kingdom Government's freedom to allocate the money from the EEC Regional Fund.
§ Mr. Hattersley:The regulation establishing the Regional Development Fund was debated in this House on 27th February. The British Government will be free to submit for fund assistance any application which satisfies the provisions of the regulation.
