§ Mrs. Hart:The following table shows the relationship to gross national product, in percentage terms, of the various categories of financial flow as they have been reported to the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD during the 10 years 1964 to 1973, the last year for which full details are available; provisional estimates of official development assistance indicate that this represented 0.38 per cent. of gross national product in 1974.
