Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Defence in which ports in Africa and the Indian Ocean basin the Royal Navy enjoys assured facilities under treaty, agreement or other contractual arrangements.

We have such facilities in Freetown, Gan, Simonstown and Singapore.
