§ Mr. Alec JonesLeaflet NP18, relating to class 4 contributions, has been available at the Harrogate social security office for the last six weeks. The leaflet will also be available in local tax offices from mid-December. I am not aware that anyone has experienced difficulties in obtaining this leaflet from our local offices, but if the hon. Member knows of any difficulties I should be grateful if he would let me have details.
