§ Mr. BishopUnited Kingdom pig prices have increased substantially in recent months and are now amongst the highest in the EEC. They seem likely to remain relatively strong in the months ahead. The EEC support mechanisms continue to operate and we hope soon to announce an increase in our guaranteed price for pigs.
