about the Council of Finance Ministers held in Brussels on 18th November.
§ Mr. DellAt their meeting on 18th November, Ministers had an exchange of views on the economic policies of member States and on the economic problems likely to appear on the agenda for the proposed conference of Heads of Government. They also discussed the medium-term prospects for the Community economy and agreed in principle to guidelines covering inflation, unemployment, balance of payments and structral adaptation.
The Council also considered assistance to Italy under the EEC medium-term credit facility, on which I would refer my hon. Friend to my reply to the right hon. Member for Dartford (Mr. Irving) on 22nd November.—[Vol. 881, Col. 549.]
