§ Mr. Terry Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when she expects to make a decision about the future clinical use of Cossham Hospital at Kingswood, near Bristol; and if she will make a statement.
§ Dr. OwenThe district management team of the Frenchay Health Care District is currently considering in detail the future use of Cossham Hospital. If it concludes that the present use made of the hospital should be changed it will consult the Frenchay Community Health Council and Avon Area Health Authority (Teaching) before actually making any change. If the community health council accepts any change of use that may be proposed my authorisation will not be required.
