My right hon. Friend has no firm plans at present to invite any Heads of Government of the European Community to London after Chancellor Schmidt's visit on 30th November. Arrangements for collective summit meetings of Heads of Community Governments are a matter for the country holding the presidency of the Council of Ministers.
