§ 55. Mr. Charles Irvingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps he has taken and will take to ensure that the public are aware of their right to compensation through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonBoth the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Home Office have made arrangements to ensure that information about the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme is widely available among those likely to come into contact with the victims of crime. These arrangements will be re-examined during the current review of the scheme.
