§ Mr. FootThe information is as follows. The right hon. Lord Diamond was appointed for a period of three years as full-time Chairman of the Royal Commission and receives an annual salary of £16,350 plus threshold payments. The eight other members have been appointed for two years on a part-time basis and receive £1,000 a year. The other terms are similar to those applicable to appointments to statutory bodies.
