Mr. Prescott

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish details of the Stamp report on the Kenneth Joseph Lennon case submitted to him; and if he will make a statement.

I expect to publish before the end of this month the report which I received from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in April this year.
