asked the Secretary of State for Trade what payments have so far been made by Fire, Auto Marine Insurance, now in liquidation, to former policyholders.

None. I am informed by the liquidator of Fire, Auto and Marine Insurance Company Limited appointed by the court that he is, however, doing all he can to pay a dividend as soon as possible.
