§ Dr. OwenGloucestershire County Council is fully aware of the social service66W needs of the Forest of Dean and attaches high priority to meeting them. In common with most other local authorities at the present time it is having to review priorities in terms of both capital and revenue expenditure. If there is a particular difficulty which concerns my hon. Friend perhaps he will write to me giving full details.
