Whether they will consult with the Government of Botswana regarding the alleged kidnapping on October 13 1974, of Ethan Dube, a Rhodesian, from Francistown and his forcible removal to Rhodesia and, should the allegation prove true, demand his return to Botswana.
§ LORD GORONWY-ROBERTSWe are in close touch with the Government of Botswana about Mr. Dube. We have protested to the Rhodesian authorities about this abduction and demanded his release, if indeed he is in their custody.
