§ Sir Anthony Royleasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the numbers of (1) air chief marshals, (2) air marshals, (3) air vice-marshals, and (4) air commodores and equivalent ranks in the other two Services now posted to the Ministry of Defence in the London area who have motor cars allocated to them for their official duties and therefore do not use any car pool.
§ Mr. William RodgersThe only cars permanently allocated are four to the Chiefs of Staff. Further cars from the Ministry of Defence pool are on call to holders of particular appointments at the Air Marshal or equivalent level and above.
