§ Mr. Alec JonesUnder the proposals in the Bill now before the House, persons resident in or attending Part III accommodation will be entitled to payment of the £10 as long as they are entitled to payment of one of the qualifying benefits, which include invalidity pension and supplementary pension but not supplementary allowance.
