Mr. Money

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he has received through Her Majesty's Ambassador at Bonn an invitation for Her Majesty's Government to be represented at the inauguration of the 59th Universal Congress of Esperanto to be held at Hamburg on 27th July 1974; and whether he intends to arrange for such representation.
