§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will seek to ascertain which county councils and district councils in Wales have adopted a policy of bilingualism in their transactions.
§ Mr. RowlandsThis is a field in which the Welsh Language Council is already making useful contacts with local authorities in Wales. The council will be reporting to my right hon. and learned Friend in due course.
