asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Ulster Museum is eligible for the allocation of works of art accepted in satisfaction of estate duties payable by persons resident in Great Britain.

Yes, if on the advice of the standing commission the Ministers with responsibilities for allocating such works of art decided that the Ulster Museum was the most appropriate recipient.
