Elan Valley Water Undertaking (Rates)

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what rates the Welsh National Water Authority will pay this year on its undertaking in the Elan Valley.

The rate liability in 1974-75 for the property owned by the Welsh National Water Development Authority in the Elan Valley totals £347,000. Virtually all of this is reimbursed by the Severn-Trent Water Authority.
