§ Mr. CarmichaelIt is proposed to add one each to Hinckley and Loughborough in June and July respectively to bring them up to complement. Burton-on-Trent and Leicester are already fully staffed. Complements are based on estimated future demand as well as on waiting periods and are, of course, kept under review.
